Our Catering Guarantee

You need far more than great food to pull off a successful event. You expect your caterer to show up on time, leave nothing behind and make sure there's plenty of food. After all, it's your reputation on the line.

We are the only caterer in the Wadsworth area that offers you an "On Time Guarantee".

Simply put: if we show up late, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right.

01 How do I book?

A $250 deposit secures your date. For larger events, a 20% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

02 What events do you cater?

Weddings, corporate events, graduations, private parties, festivals, and more. We also offer more than BBQ. If you have something specific in mind, just ask.

03 What meats do you offer?

Brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, turkey, and sausage. If you don't see it listed, that doesn't mean we can't do it.

04 What sides do you offer?

Mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, potatoes, green beans, pasta salad, and cornbread or rolls. Have something else in mind? Let us know.

05 When is final payment due?

Final guest count and full payment are due 7 days before your event.

06 How do I get a quote?

Call or text us with your event date, location, estimated guest count, and service type. We'll put together a custom package from there. (330) 421-6171

07 Do you offer drop-off and full service?

Drop-off: Delivered hot and ready to serve.
Full service: Includes setup, serving staff, and full breakdown. We handle everything so you can enjoy your event.

08 What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event forfeit all payments made.

Payment

Non-refundable $250 deposit at booking. 20% for larger events. Balance due by event date. Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle accepted.

Weather

Clients must provide a covered or indoor backup. Events canceled due to weather without prior arrangements are non-refundable.

Food Quality

All food is prepared fresh. Once delivered, we are not responsible for food held beyond 2 hours hot or 1 hour cold.
